Every episode goes through three rounds of structured notes before delivery. We don't rush. We don't cut corners. The finished episode sounds and looks like it was made by people who care — because it was.
The edit is only the beginning. Every retainer episode comes with a full transcript as standard. Show notes, social media posts, audiograms and video reels are available as optional add-ons — choose only what your show actually needs.
We price per episode, up to 60 minutes of completed edit. You know exactly what each episode costs before you send us the file. No surprises, no scope creep, no moving targets.
We're protective of our standard. These aren't small print — they're the conditions that let us do our best work for you.
Your rate covers three full rounds of structured revision notes per episode — that is our standard, not an upgrade. A fourth round, if required, is charged at R800 (audio) or R1,200 (video) per episode. This keeps the scope honest for both sides.
We can only edit what you give us. Files must be technically usable — recorded in a reasonably quiet environment with a decent microphone. Files that fall below broadcast-usable standard will be flagged at intake and may require a revised quote before work begins.
Each retainer rate covers a completed episode of up to 60 minutes in finished, edited duration. The rate applies regardless of how long your raw recording is — a 45-minute finished episode costs the same whether you recorded 50 minutes or two hours.
